You Must Be 21 Years of Age Or Older To Participate As A Volunteer At This Event

An OLCC Service Permit is not required to participate as a Volunteer Server at the Portland Craft Beer Festival.

Volunteers must refrain from drinking any alcoholic beverages at least 4 hours before the start of their shift. Volunteers are not permitted to drink any alcoholic beverages during their shift

Please plan on arriving 30 minutes before your shift.

Shifts available for public volunteer registration are: 

  Friday July 4th 11:45am - 3:00pm
  Friday July 4th 2:45pm - 6:00pm
  Friday July 4th 5:45pm - 8:45pm

  Saturday July 5th 11:45am - 3:00pm
  Saturday July 5th 2:45pm - 6:00pm

   
Volunteers working 1 shift receive: PCBF T-shirt, wristband, beverage cup and 10 tickets.

Volunteers working 2 shifts receive: 15 tickets (No additional shirt, beverage cup or wristband).

Volunteers working 3 shifts receive: Additional beverage cup and 15 tickets.

Portland Craft Beer Festival non-profit organizations will be covering the following shifts:

Saturday July 5th 5:45pm - 8:45pm - Fort Kennedy

Sunday July 6th - Oregon Brew Crew
