An OLCC Service Permit is not required to participate as a Volunteer Server at the Portland Craft Beer Festival.

Volunteers must refrain from drinking any alcoholic beverages at least 4 hours before the start of their shift. Volunteers are not permitted to drink any alcoholic beverages during their shift

Please plan on arriving 30 minutes before your shift.

Shifts available for public volunteer registration are:
   Thursday July 4th 12:00pm - 3:45pm Shift is Full
   Thursday July 4th 3:30pm - 7:00pm
   Thursday July 4th 6:45pm - 9:40pm
   Friday July 5th 12:00pm - 3:45pm Shift is Full
   Friday July 5th 3:30pm - 7:00pm
   Friday July 5th 6:45pm - 9:40pm
   Saturday July 6th 12:00pm - 3:45pm
   Saturday July 6th 3:30pm - 7:00pm

   
Volunteers working 1 shift receive: PCBF T-shirt, wristband, beverage cup and 10 tickets.

Volunteers working 2 shifts receive: 15 tickets (No additional shirt, beverage cup or wristband).

Volunteers working 3 shifts receive: Additional beverage cup and 15 tickets.

Portland Craft Beer Festival non-profit organizations will be covering the following shifts:

Saturday 6:45pm - 9:40pm- Oregon Brew Crew
